- Per our amended deed of restrictions please be advised of the following for fences in our association.
- The picture shown is the type of fence that has been approved for the association per section 6, Walls, Fences, Hedges 6(a) An approved fence may be permitted provided the following are completed (1) City of Bonita Springs building permit and (2) Approved request to BSCCCA BoD / Architectural Committee. Any fence installed must be limited to enclose the side and back yard.
